According to Daily Variety the new James Bond film, “Quantum of Solace” is topping the charts overseas with 106.5 million this weekend alone and 160.3 million in the past 10 days. This weekend’s gross for Quantum of Solace is the second largest in 2008 since the opening of” Indiana Jones and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”. Quantum of Solace opened bigger than it’s 2006 original,”Casino Royale” by more than double and it still has 4 major markets to open up in.
One of the markets of course is here in North America on November 14,2008 and I will definately be there. I’ll probably end up getting the horrible front row seat since it’ll be sold out. Man, I’ve got to get some free promotional movies sent to me or somethin since I’m reviewing them. I’m gonna look into that.
Also the movie will open in Mexico on November 14,2008,Austrailia on November 19,2008,Spain on November 21,2008,and Japan on January 24,2008 .
