Get ready people cause on January 7,2008 the fear will become real. Well, at least for thirteen reality show contestants it will be. The CW network is coming out with a new and somewhat interesting new reality show entitled, “13: Fear is Real”. The show will drop thirteen unsuspecting teens into the Louisiana Bayou to go on a journey of challenges and games designed to frighten the bejesus out of them along the way. It can be best described as the “Blair Witch Project” as a reality show. Each contestant will hypothetically be killed off or eliminated.

The eliminated contestants will just suddenly disappear one by one never to be seen again by the rest of the pack until the last one is standing. The winner will receive a grand price of $66,666. I suspect that specific amount was inspired after the evil 666 mark of the beast hype. Because really, couldn’t they just make that an even $70,000 ? There’s something to it. Well, the show looks very interesting to me and I’ll definately tune in. Check out the trailer below.
