Here is the cool looking teaser poster for another upcoming super hero movie entitled, “Witchblade”. There is no information on the actors for the film as of yet.The film started shooting back in September of 2008. Some say it should be out some time this year while others say it has a 2010 release scheduled. Whatever the date is, I’ll be there because I love super hero movies. I saw the tv series back in the day when it aired for a short time, and it was just ok for me. I expect them to do alot more with a big screen movie for it though.

The Plot / Synopsis :Based on the Witchblade comic book series.Sara Pezzini is one of a specially chosen females from each generation is to wear a special ornate, jewel encrusted ,right-handed gauntlet which gives the wearer supernatural powers. It can only be worn by a female host. The witchblade can shoot energy blasts, fire projectile darts, and whip-like grapples to either attack or climb stuff. It also possess alot of other powers.

Movie : Witchblade
Release Date : TBA
Studio : Platinum Studios, IDG Films and Relativity Media

  • hi..
Is it a cartoon movie? Is it going to be great???

  • gothdoll18:

I think they plan to do real-life for the Witchblade, kandra. Whether it will meet your expectations on “great” is to be determined, but I wish Michael Rymer and Everette deRoche the best of luck.

  • Is the poster completely fabricated or is that the actress? If so, who is she?

  • gothdoll18:

They have other blogs and sites that have said the poster was digitally made, and it really does look fabricated, but they haven’t found any actresses yet. They don’t have an assigned casting director at the moment, so the poster is merely an attempt to gain an audience. You know like “superhero-hype”? Like when the vampire movie “Twilight” wasn’t even out yet, but they made such a large audience from merchandise and the novels. The poster is basically for that same purpose.

  • i think that this movie will be awesome
