Ashanti ‘Good Good’ (2008) Music Video & Review

The sexy, female, r&b artist Ashanti is back with the third single off of her latest album, “The Declaration” which was released on June 3,2008,and is her fourth studio album. I think that the “Good Good”, single is very good and it features a cameo by rap / hip hop artists “Nelly” who plays her husband. The song is about her having everything her man needs so she doesn’t have to worry about him straying because she’s got that good-good. Read the rest of this entry »

Here’s the movie trailer for the action / drama sequel, “Crank 2 : High Voltage” starring : Jason Statham, Amy Smart, Dwight Yoakam, Efren Ramirez, Clifton Collins Jr., Bai Ling. This Jason Statham character has been working overtime here lately with “The Bank Job”,”Death Race”,”Transporter 3″,and now this sequel to “Crank” all in the same year. Either he’s very passionate about working or he’s got some major bills to pay off,lol !! Anyways, I never did see the original “Crank” movie, but I’d like to see how this one turns out as I’ve enjoyed all of Jason Statham’s films.

‘Paul Blart : Mall Cop’ (2009) Movie Review

“Paul Blart: Mall Cop” is about a wanna be State Trooper Mall Cop, Paul Blart (Kevin James) who strolls around the mall all day looking for unsuspecting shoppers. Needless to say, this rarely ever happens which gives him time to fumble around, bump into display cars, and get dragged down the mall by an old man on a motorized moving chair. One day he meets Amy (Jayma Mays), a girl who works in the mall. He’s instantly attracted to her,but he gets c-blocked by resident jerk, Stuart (Stephen Rannazzisi),and as usual eventually fouls things up with Amy , temporarily. Read the rest of this entry »
‘Notorious’ (2009) Movie Review

“Notorious” retraced the life and time of hip hop rapper, Christopher Wallace a.k.a.the “Notorious B.I.G. (Jamal Woolard)” from when he was just an elementary school kid writing lyrics. It showed how young Chris got introduced into the life of selling drugs on the street by his friend,Damion “D Roc” Butler (Dennis L.A. White). He continued to do it all through junior high and high school. Then when he got his girlfriend pregnant, he decided to do it full time. He went overboard with it and got caught. He had to do time in prison, but all the while as a side hobby, he would write some of the best rap lyrics around. He would also win rap battles out on the streets. Read the rest of this entry »
CW’s The Game ‘Insert Car Here’ Episode Review

Review : Episode 11 season 3 CW’s “The Game : Insert Car Here”. This episode was absolutely fantastic as it started off with more drama and comedy than ever. The scenes with Jason and Kelly got more intense than I’ve ever seen. Kelly uses the steroid card on Jason again to get a new car out of him and embarrasses him in front of all his team members in the Saber’s locker room in the process. Kelly also ponders if she should start having sex with her new boyfriend. Tasha Mack starts feeling insecure over her relationship with Rick Fox again.
Rick consoles her though. Jason freaks out when he sees Kelly kissing her new boyfriend in the new car he bought her,and almost gets in a fight with him which lead to an almost possible arrest. Read the rest of this entry »

Supernatural ‘Family Remains’ Episode Review

Review : “Supernatural : Family Remains” episode. Last night’s episode lacked a little compared to it’s first half of the season shows. I thought Smallville brought a much more entertaining show last night. Having said that, it was still a very good show.
In this episode, a house is haunted by what appears to be the ghost of a female girl and her brother.Unfortunately a new family has moved in.Dean and Sam try to warn them of the impending doom. Then they also come to find out that the girl and her brother haunting the house are actually human an have been trapped in the house their whole lives, mentally barely human, and are on a killing spree. The only thing is the two angry siblings don’t want to kill children only adults. They end up kidnapping the son of the new family that has moved in so Dean and Sam have to fight like hell to come to the rescue, and kill the two vicious human siblings off. Smallville ‘Legion’ Episode Review

Review : Episode 11 of season 8 “Smallville : Legion”. The show was fantastic, and a real step up for Smallville this season as they were in my opinion getting beat out by “Supernatural” on almost every episode this season. But tonight they took the cake. Tonight’s show brought in visitors from the future to save Clark from being killed by an attacker from the future which also lead to them helping Clark defeat Brainiac who had taken over Chloe’s body.Brainiac took over Chloe’s body because he new Clark wouldn’t kill him as long as he was in Chloe’s body. The problem was that it appeared that killing Chloe would have been the only way to defeat him,but with the help of his cohorts from the future, Clark was able to find another way to defeat Brainiac.Meanwhile Davis was turned into a full blown “Doomsday” monster.
