According to nbcchicago.com Chris Brown sent Rihanna a ton of gifts on her 21st birthday which she celebrated on Friday February 20,2009. The gifts included a diamond bracelet,diamond necklace, and an Ipod Touch, but their sources reported that some of her friends say it’s going to take much more than a plethera of gifts to heal her wounds. Chris Brown’s mother also sent her a bouquet of flowers. Their sources went on to say that he is absolutely trying to get back into her good graces because he knows he’s in some serious trouble right now.

Rihanna had a casino-themed birthday that she hosted in a rented Hollywood Hills home which she obviously did not invite Chris Brown to, but their sources say that she still wanted Chris to be there. At the same time , though realizes why they can’t be together. According to an insider source she still obviously wants to be with him.

For those few of you who haven’t heard the news about Chris Brown and Rihanna. Chris Brown, is reported to have allegedly beat up the Pop / R&B singer Rihanna on February 8, 2009 just before the 51st Grammy Awards in a fight with which we do not yet have clear factual details of yet, but stay tuned as we will let you know what becomes of this.
