Marvel has announced that Samuel L Jackson is going to play Nick Fury in Agent of S.H.E.I.L.D. But wait, not only that. He’s also going to play the Nick Fury character in a whole slew of franchise films that Marvel has planned some of which include : Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, and The Avengers film which will bring all the heroes together in one film . The Avengers film alone is supposed to spawn a plethora of sequels. The grand tally for Samuel’s deal is an incredible nine movies which translates into ching, ching.

Samual L Jackson started it all off by making a cameo at the end of the “Iron Man” movie which starred Robert Downey Junior. He showed up as Nick Fury,and hinted at some future plans for superhero universe. Now it looks like it’s going to come to pass via Marvel.

Samuel L Jackson has been one busy actor here lately as I’ve lost count of the number of films that he’s been in lately, but I do know I’ve seen him a lot. He’s also supposed to be in a remake of Barry Gordy’s ” The Last Dragon” as the Shogun of Harlem which should also be pretty interesting.
