Alright, I saw on MTV’s website that Chris Brown and Rihanna are reportedly doing a duet together,and have completed the song just a couple of days ago. They also went on to describe the two as being playful and what not. Now, my question is, why ? Why in the hell are Chris Brown and Rihanna doing a duet together,and being all playful with each other? Am I in the “Twilight Zone” are something ? Because the last time I checked, I believe Chris Brown just got done beatin the everliving crap out of Rihanna, and I while I don’t know all the details of the story since I wasn’t there of course. He is on trial as a gruesome reminder of what happened.
Heck, if I didn’t know any better, I would think this is all just some big giant publicity stunt because you know what they say, “All press is good press as long as they’re talkin about you”. Or maybe it’s just for the cold hard cash. May be when they record this song they’re doing together it’ll sell like hot cakes on the digital download market, and they’ll make millions on the top of the millions they already make. Then, again maybe it’s just the whole strange “Celebrity” world thing. I mean they already live in wonderland. Maybe they can just do whatever they want, and get away with it because they’re celebrities. Sometimes money does talk a lot louder than justice or truth. Heck, just the other week, he was out jetskiing in Miami, and havin a good ole time like nothin ever happened. I don’t know about you all,but that makes me think, “What the hell ?”. Whatever the case may be, it’s some of the weirdest, craziest shit I’ve ever witnessed in a month’s time.

I think the best thing for the “both” of them to do is get some serious spiritual counseling so that they can actually begin to heal from what looks like might stem from a cycle of abuse. It’s so sad that it takes something like this to bring attention to the severity of domestic abuse in any form, but perhaps maybe it can help another victim to be able to identify with it and come out much stronger.
