It’s official according to iconvsicon.com and their sources, filming for the new “Nightmare on Elm Street” remake will begin in April of 2009, and it looks like it will be released on April 16, 2010. Robert Englund will not be returning for the remake so it’s up in the air as to who will be playing Freddy. Of course, it’s not like it really matters. You can’t tell who’s under the mask while watching the film, anyways. In Miss March, Eugene Bell (Zach Cregger ) and Tucker Cleigh (Trevor Moore) grow up together, and are best friends. However, Tucker is more of a sex crazed person do to his obsession with “Playboy”magazine throughout the years. Eugene is more of a clean cut, square type of individual. Eugene’s girlfriend, Cindi Whitehall (Raquel Alessi) wants to have sex on their prom night for the first time. Eugene being very uptight and nervous about it, decides to get drunk with Tucker before they do it, so drunk in fact, that he walks through the wrong door and falls down a huge flight of stairs into the basement,and then a toolbox falls on his head followed by a huge wooden shelf.

It puts him in a comma for four full years. Tucker finally wakes him up by hitting him over the head with a baseball bat. Read the rest of this entry »

Music video for The Dream “Rockin’ That Thang” song. “Rockin’ That Thang” , is the second single released off The Dream’s 2nd studio album entitled, “Love vs Money”. It was released via iTunes on December 9, 2008. It was produced by L.O.S. Da Maestro. The music video was shot on January 27,2009. Ray Kay directed it, and it was released on February 10,2009. There is also a remix to this song which features :Fabolous, Juelz Santana, Rick Ross & Ludacris.

The song has peaked at # 24 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts, # 3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, # 3 on the U.S. Billboard Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop, and # 51 U.S. Billboard Pop 100. Read the rest of this entry »

According to the “Dish Rag” over at LA Times. Kristen Stewart said in an interview with them, that she thinks Dakota Fanning is gonna rock in the film,and looks forward to working with her. She went on to say that she likes her previous work, and that everything she’s done in the past is so different. She also said that she’s very poised and controlled when she acts. In conclusion, she stated that Dakota will have to lose herself in this role because it’s going to be pretty heavy.

I’m not sure what that means exactly, but I’m guessing that her character is gonna be pretty intense so Dakota is going to have to go to a place she’s never gone before to pull off the role. It should be pretty interesting.

New Moon, the sequal to the hit movie, “Twilight” just started filming last week in Vancouver,and they have already created a very cool,neat looking poster for it. The film will star : Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning, Nikki Reed, and will be based on Stephanie Meyer’s second book in the Twilight series which will see Bella Swan devastated by Edward Cullen’s quick departure to Italy. In “Race to Wtch Mountain” Jack Bruno (Dwayne Johnson) is an ex convict turned legal taxi cab driver who goes on the adventure of his life when aliens, Sara (AnnaSophia Robb) and Seth (Alexander Ludwig) sneak into his cab after their space ship crashes on Earth. They give him a big wad of cash and tell him to just head in one general direction with what appears to lead to no particular destination. Once they tell him to stop driving, the location they end up at is an old abandoned house out in the middle of the desert. After they go in, Jack decides to follow them when he hears a loud noise. Once inside the house, he comes to find out that it’s much more than that.

Sara and Seth start to unlock secret doors in the house that lead them to a secret underground world where they need to get something very important for the survival of their planet. Read the rest of this entry »

So, while we still await the the epic “Harry Potter 6″ film entitled “The Half – Blooded Prince”, they are currently shooting “Harry Potter 7″ entitled “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 1 film which has a release date of November 19,2010. This is apparently the first of the final chapters of the popular J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter novels in which Harry Potter will seek to put an end to his evil nemesis, Lord Voldemort for good.

Here, we have some exclusive screen shots from the film . It looks like these actors are working overtime to get these films completed as they waste no time with these release dates. Heck, Deathly Hollows Part 2 has a release date of July 15,2011. Which is just about 8 months after the release of Part 1. Stay tuned as we’ll look to cover both of these films.

In this remake of the classic film, ” The Last House on the Left”. Mari Collingwood ( Sara Paxton) and her parents, John Collingwood and Emma Collingwood go out to there vacation home that’s out in the middle of nowhere. Mari goes to spend the day with her friend Paige ( Martha MacIsaac ) that works in a convenience store. While there, a under aged boy named Jacob walks in to buy some cigarettes. He tells Paige that he’ll hook her up with some good smokes back at his motel if she hooks him up with the cigarettes. Jacob takes them back to the hotel thinking that his criminal father (Krug),uncle(Giles), and father’s girlfriend (Sadie) won’t be back for the day.

They have a good time smoking until his father and the rest show back up at the place suddenly. Since they are criminals on the run , they can’t risk the new visitors, Paige and Mari telling anybody. Read the rest of this entry »

So I was reading over at accesshollywood.com that Britney Spears is in like 4th place on Twitter for the most amount of followers with 364,219. Also I just checked, it’s now up to 407,250, and they published the story earlier today. Fuckin amazing ! That’s like over 40,000 added in just one day. They said she only trails Twitter’s own official feed in 3rd place, Barack Obama in 2nd place, and CNN’s Breaking News which holds the coveted first place price right now,but they all better watch out cause Britney’s gaining on them, and fast,really fast.

It is just so unreal to me, the amount of press this girl gets. I mean even when she first came out back in like the late 90′s or whenever it was. I was like,why in the hell are all these people making such a fuss over her . Read the rest of this entry »

Yep,yep,yep. That’s right Walden Media and ContraFilm have decided to team up and greenlight a sequel for the summer of 2008 flick, “Journey to The Center of The Earth” which starred Brendan Fraser in the lead role as Professor Trevor Anderson . This time however, it will be titled, “Mysterious Travels: The Lost Map of Treasure Island”. So it looks like they’ll be taking another fun,dangerous adventure. I can really see this happening. I enjoyed the “Journey to the Center of The Earth” film. It had a lot of action and adventure in it, and it seems like Brendan is following his “Mummy” movie footsteps with this franchise by taking on wild and crazy adventures across the world to retrieve some type of ancient artifact that’s surrounded by danger.
