First ‘New Moon’ Movie Footage Released
Courtesy of Entertainment Tonight. In the below video, we get to see first hand footage of the highly anticipated sequel to Summit Entertainment’s “Twilight” entitled, “New Moon” based on the popular Stephanie Meyer’s novels. In the video we see an interview with Robert Pattinson who plays Edward Cullen in the movie.
It also gives more insight into the plot concerning Bella’s (Kristen Stewart) relationship with Jacob who realizes he’s a werewolf in the movie. Taylor Lautner who plays Jacob, tells how he put on about 30 pounds of muscle for the role so he wouldn’t well, get fired. Sounds like a pretty good trade off.

Failor or Failcob which ever name works for you looks ridiculous. His acting is appalling. You cant take him seriously at all. Looks like Kristen Stewart is just as wooden.
Alison seriously, give over, they are very talented actors especially Kristen Stewart,she deserves a flipping oscar. I’d like to see yo do any better.

The acting in Twilight was never the problem. The problem was the script writing. In addition, the movie did not hold true to the book in any coherent manner. After watching the movie then reading all of the books and watching the movie again, the writing for the movie was very disappointing and substandard. I think the actors and actresses in the Twilight movie are very talented. I hope the New Moon has better script writers who have some respect for the story.
Alison- get over yourself!!!! I mean “Failor” and “Failcob”?? That’s real mature. I think kids in the 2nd grade could come up with better names than that! I mean come on.
Anyway… Taylor is an amazing actor (and incredibly HOT!) and Kristen is absolutely gorgeous. So beautiful, down to earth and REAL! She’s not trying to fit into the hollywood stereotype and not trying to live up to anyone elses expectations of her so just delivers her acting from somewhere within herself and it shows- she is one of the most amazing actresses of her generation.
ok first of all iam the number 1 twilight saga fan in the world. dont doubt it!! I know everything about eveverything that has to do with the movies and books. My room is twilight theme. AND IAM A TRUE TEAM EDWARD. jACOB CAN GO F OFFF. I think that New Moon is going to be awsome i just can’t wait to see it i hope its better then Twilight because that one kinda….sucked haha but I’m sure New Moon will be thousands of times better and i know that Taylor will be one Hell of a jacob black ;D

Allison you’re right! you can’t seriously say the twilight movie is any good. It looked like a crappy sci-fi channel origional. half the time I thougt they were making fun of the book. hopefully they do a better job this time. you can all trash talk me now. o…team jacob

Maykala, I completely agree with you. The movie is terrible. After wanting very much to like it, I walked out of the theater 20 minutes into the movie. I have NEVER walked out on a movie before. It was really that bad. Inexcusably bad! I couldn’t believe that this was the same movie as the trailers.
Anyhow, I still like the books. They are literary genius, but the remind me of the Vampire Chronicles that I used to love as a tween. Hoping more comes of New Moon. Especially now that they got rid of that ridiculous director they had from Twilight.
That was meant to say they AREN’T literary genius, but they.. blah blah blah. You get it. Just wanted to clear that up.

1. the scipt was brillint , yes it didnt fully relate to he book but it mostly did, it wasan amsingmovie you cant fault it.
2. i ont see why some peopl slag off the actor, yes they may not be the best but there still flipping amasin.
3. i do love edward. buti dont see how people can group him with robbert pattinson apart from him being extremey gorgeous. i mean he’s his own person.
But in the end i think i would appreciate it if you didnt slag them off, its there job and none of you could any better. i personally couldnt imagine any one else playing any off the roles. So give them a break they done there best, and thats all we can ask for.
