Music video for T.I.’s “Dead and Gone” song. “Dead and Gone”, is the fourth single released on T.I.’s sixth studio album entitled, “Paper Trail”. It was reeased on January 4, 2009, and charted on the Billboard Hot 100 charts before it was even released. It features popular pop singer, Justin Timberlake who he’s collaborated with one other time on Justin’s album, “Future Sex Love Sounds” for the song called, “My Love”.They also performed “Dead and Gone” at the 51st Grammy Awards.

The “Dead and Gone”music video was directed by Chris Robinson and was shot the first week of February in Los Angeles, CA. The video started showing up on the internet a few hours before it’s official release date on February 17,2009. Read the rest of this entry »

On April 16,2009, MTV debuted this new, big, Transformers 2 theater standee poster which is most likely to be the final official movie poster released from the franchise. This poster is actually more like those big huge cardboard cutouts that you see in the theater sometimes.

When “Making the Band ” returned earlier this year for it’s fourth season, only two gilrs from Danity Kane came back (Aundrea Fimbres and Dawn Richard) because as we all know, Diddy fired Aubrey O’Day and D.Woods. But Shannon Bex decided not to return so she was let go by Diddy as well. Now, he has also announced that he is letting Aundrea Fimbres go. He said he thought she was a great person , but wouldn’t feel comfortable having her in a group if he was to recreate one. So he let her out of her contract.

The only one left now is Dawn Richard. Diddy said he wanted her to stay on the label,and that if he was to put “Danity Kane” back together she’d be the only remaining member from the original “Danity Kane” to be in it. Read the rest of this entry »

On late Thursday, Ashton Kutcher, the former “That 70′s Show” actor and former host of MTV’s “Punk’d” edged out the giant news media company, CNN to be the first to get a million followers on “Twitter”. I knew someone would have a contest like this. It’s like when Myspace first started to become really popular,and everyone would brag about how many friends they had. Anyways, he was able to win the coveted million, Twitter, follower crown by becoming the ringleader of a frenetic digital circus act which included Larry King,video game maker Electronic Arts Inc., a 25 year old Web developer from London,and a ton of online participants.

A word from my sources say that Thomas Dekker who plays John Connor in Fox’s show, “Terminator : The Sarah Connor Chronicles” will be joining Watchmen’s Rorschach in The new “Nightmare on Elm Street” remake. Or he’s more like in talks for joining the film as a jock at the high school in the movie. I’m pretty sure he’ll get the part ,though. It’s not like it’s going to be a Oscar winning role or anything.

Also Jackie Earle Haley who we did a story on before, for this, is going to play Freddie Krueger in the film. He was also Watchmen’s Rorschach, and played Kelly in the old 1970′s “Bad News Bears” films. I used to love those freakin movies. Anyways, I’ve heard this new “Elm Street” film is going to cut out a lot of the joking that Freddy used to do, and just be more of a straight scary type of thing. We’ll see in 2010.

Last night on American Idol, Anoop Desai,Lil Rounds,and Matt Giraud ended up in the bottom three.That bottom three spot has seemed like home for Anoop and Lil Rounds here lately, but for Matt, not quite so much. However he was the one who ended up having the least amount of votes for the week. It didn’t really come as a surprise to me because the song he sang,well sucked or at least the way he sang it sucked. Either way his performance sucked really,really bad.

The good news for him,though is he ended getting to stay on for another week because the judges decided to use their one “save” for the season on Matt. I kind of agree with this decision because he has had some really good performances leading up til now. I just hope someone better doesn’t need it down the road,and then gets voted off. Jamie Foxx apologized to Miley Cyrus on the Tonight Show Tuesday night (April 15,2009) when the incident of him joking about her on his radio show was brought up. He made jokes like ,” She should make a sex tape and grow up”, “Who is Miley Cyrus? The one with all the gums? She needs to get a gum transplant”. He told Jay Leno that it was just a comedy routine,and he took it a little to far. He didn’t mean it maliciously.

From the first time I heard about this story, I knew that was the case because why in the world would he have a real reason to attack Miley Cyrus who I don’t think he really even knows.Also why would he tell her to make a sex tape and grow up, and mean it seriously ? It was always very clear to me that it was just a bit for his radio show. I really think people have gotten to be way to sensitive these days. You can’t even do obvious jokes anymore without somebody cryin about it.

Former Veronica Mars star and Heroes co – star, the ever so cute Kristen Bell will be starring in another comedy film apart from her very funny “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” movie. It’s called “You Again”. A short synopsis of the film, is that she will play a young woman who’s bother is marrying her high school enemy. Apparently this girl made her high school years an absolute hell. So Kristen Bell’s character starts to plot and scheme a way for her to show her brother how evil she thinks she is.

The sixth installment of the popular Harry Potter movie franchise entitled , “Harry Potter and the Half- Blooded Prince” is moving it’s release date up by two days from Friday July 17,2009 to Wednesday July 15,2009. It was originally scheduled to come out a whopping eight months earlier, but then it got postponed do to various reasons. None of which can be confirmed, true to this day.

The studio made this move because they know the kids will be out of school for the summertime,and there will be hardly in competition for the movie that week so they think they’ll be able to rake in the dough. Read the rest of this entry »

Jamie Foxx let loose with the jokes on Miley on His Sirius satelite radio show entitled,”The Foxxhole”. He made a statement saying, “Make a sex tape and grow up !” There’s not a whole lot of info as to when the jokes started. My sources say that the insulting jokes started when someone brought up the fact that Miley Cyrus was involved in a feud with Radiohead after she wasn’t allowed to hang out with the band after the Grammys.

Jamie went on to say, “Who is Miley Cyrus ? The one with all the gums ? She needs to get a gum transplant ! ” Also a woman on the show is heard calling Cyrus the b-word. No one from Cyrus’ camp has said anything about it yet. Some people have said this is crude, but I think Jamie was just being the comedian he is. Apart from his recent music career he was a comedian first,and he always made fun of people. There’s nobody that’s above a Jamie Fox comedic lashing, and I just thought it was hilarious.
