In an ongoing conversation between the director of “Twilight”, Catherine Hardwicke and MTV reporter Tim Kash, she talks about how much of an impact the movie will have on a whole generation of fans. He ask her how does it feel to know the type of impact that the “Twilight” movie has had in a relatively short period of time. She explains how there are many fans that come up to her ,and tell her that now they’re inspired to make their own movies,and be a director like she is.

“Twilight” director Catherine Hardwicke recently gave an interview with MTV reporter Tim Kash . They talked about Taylor Lautner and his extreme work ethic in light of him also being nominated for “Best Male Breakthrough Performance” award alongside Robert Pattinson. She stated that he was only 15 years old when they were shooting the film,and that he would always show up early for work. She said when she auditioned Taylor for the role, she not only auditioned him for “Twilight”,but she also mostly auditioned him for “New Moon” because she needed to see that he could play the more mature “Jacob” that the role would call for. Shelly Morrison who is an official 2009 MTV Movie Awards insider says that she was surprised with an exclusive opportunity to watch the “New Moon” movie trailer which is to air Live at the awards show tonight (5-31-09) at approximately 10:45pm eastern time. She says that she loved it,and that the director, Chris Weitz appeared to try and incorporate as many elements as possible into it. She also said that all the vampires look great,she’s completely speechless,and that Taylor Lautner really did bulk up for the part.

Eminem recently gave MTV a brief interview on the set of the 2009 MTV Movie Awards with on air personality, “Sway”. “Sway” asked him what his formula was for putting on a good show. Eminem said it used to be lots of alcohol and prescription medication,but that now it’s just “Diet Coke” and “Red Bull”.

Sway then asked Em what has surprised him the most in the last few weeks of his album being released. Em stated that nothing really surprised him,but he is happy to see the response that the record is getting. “Twilight” Director Catherine Hardwicke recently sat down With MTV . She states that Kristen Stewart was already the veteran actor well before the casting of “Twilight” , and that she was one of the first ones picked to do the film. And actually the Edward Cullen role which we all now know is Robert Pattinson, actually depended a lot on who Kristen had the most chemistry with while they were casting for the part.

In reports from my sources and on the show’s website, Fox has renewed Joss Whedon’s new drama entitled, “Dollhouse” which made it’s debut on the network back in February of 2009 as a midseason addition. Fox aired 12 episodes,but failed to air the mystical 13th episode . This fact along with low tv ratings lead the media to believe that the show would definitely be canceled. But, the network in a surprise move, took into consideration the shows high DVR,online streaming,and DVD sales numbers to make their decision on renewing the show. Read the rest of this entry »

Along with “Everybody Hates Chris” and “The Game”, another show entitled “Reaper” gets the CW hatchet swung at it. The “Reaper” is a comedy / drama that started back in 2007. It starred Bret Harrison as Sam Oliver who’s soul was sold to the Devil by his parents before he was born so each week he has to carry out dangerous tasks for the Devil in an effort to send evil souls that have escaped from hell,back to it.

Ray Wise played the Devil character great. It was a very funny show. It had a Fall 2008 hietas,but was returned to the CW line up in March of 2009 and lasted until the show’s finale in May of 2009. The showed aired 31 episodes over that period of time. Read the rest of this entry »
