My sources say that Melissa Rosenberg who is the writer for “Twilight”,and the future follow up movie to “New Moon” entitled, “Eclipse” that she would be interested in seeing Channing Tatum, the star of the recent “Fighting” film, play new born vampire named Riley in “Eclipse”. Riley’s character is supposed to be apart of an army that takes on Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart).
He is also a puppet for for Victoria who is a bad female vampire who doesn’t really want Riley,and just uses him. He eventually has to come to terms with the fact that Victoria doesn’t want him which is drama that writer, Melissa Rosenberg thinks Channing would be great at pulling off.
I’ve personally seen Channing play the dancing,romantic,and fighting roles so he definitely is a versatile actor. I wouldn’t mind seeing him in one of these “Twilight” Saga movies. Hell, everyone else is trying to get a piece,seems like. Why not Channing ?
