The Plot / Synopsis : Stephen and Bloom are two brothers who made fortunes throughout the years by conning people, but Stephen wants to pull of one more final con which includes a payoff of $2.5 million. He convinces his brother, Bloom to go ahead and help him do it. They recruit a couple of other individuals to help them pull it off .

Bloom in the process, develops a romance with a rich, New Jersey heiress named Penelope. She eventually tags along for their adventurous con. She offers to bankroll a million dollar deal. They travel all over the world, and Penelope becomes addicted to the thrills. As they draw near the final stages of the con it gets to be more dangerous. It features explosions,gun shooting,romance,adventure,and people flying out of luggage shoots. It looks to be a non stop adventure ride type of film.
