Robert Pattinson Gets 28 Grand For A Pair of Kisses
According to recent reports, Robert Pattinson’s kisses are worth oh about $28,000. The “Twilight Saga” star who is currently filming the “New Moon” installment for the franchise, was recently at the Cinema Against AIDs benefit in Cannes,France on Thursday (May 21,2009). Producer Harvey Weinstein convinced Robert to auction off a kiss on the cheek to the daughter of the highest bidder. However, when the bidding war started, Robert agreed to go ahead and give both of them a kiss on the cheek to the tune of about 28 grand.
The now classic “Basic Instinct” star, Sharon Stone hosted the event where 800 guest attended including Joshua Jackson, Paris Hilton and Hayden Panettiere. Also, Quentin Tarantino was able to auction off a screening to his new “Inglourious Basterds” film for $84,000. Now that’s what I call an expensive movie. I need to get into the celebrity auction business,damn !
