The CW networks is debuting a new show this fall based on a series of books by L.J. Smith called the “Vampire Diaries”. They have now released a minute and a half long pilot promo trailer which gives us a look at some pretty intense scenes.

The people over at People.com recently sat down with the entire cast of CW’s new ‘Melrose Place’ to interview them all together. Zac Efron, star of the recent New line Cinema hit, “17 Again” is all set to present the Generation Award to Ben Stiller at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards on May 31,2009. On Friday May 22,2009 it was confirmed that Ben Stiller would receive the coveted award this year. Ben Stiller is being rewarded for his 20 years of comedic creations. Some of his many movie roles include: Derek Zoolander,Gaylord Focker,Tugg Speedman in “Tropic Thunder”,etc. He is also nominated in a new category called best WTF moment for the “Tropic Thunder” scene when he taste the decapitated head of Steve Coogan’s character, Damien Cockburn.

Ben Stiller made the following statement about receiving the Generation award. “I am honored to be getting the Generation Award,” Stiller said. “I was given my first show at MTV and also canceled for the first time. I also was secretly having an affair with J.J. Jackson, so it brings back pleasant memories.”

MTV’s president, Van Toffler stated that he is the perfect recipient for the award for his many characters over the years. His Generation Award reception includes him in a line of other popular actors that have received the award which include : Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey.

This is another movie trailer released from Warner Bros. Pictures for their new “The Hangover” movie,but this one displays Mike Tyson in all his singing glory as he plays the piano and tries to sing Phil Collins’ classic song entitled “In The Air Tonight”. I swear its gotta be the most hilarious scene since the Tom Cruise Tropic Thunder dance scene when he played the crooked film producer Les Grossman,and danced to Ludacris’ “Get Back” song. British Actress Lucy Gordon who played reporter Jennifer Dugan in “Spider-Man” 3, has reportedly been found dead in her Paris apartment by French police after allegedly hanging herself. Her boyfriend was apparently asleep while the suicide took place. Other reports say that she had been arguing with her boyfriend Jerome Alveras the same night she was found dead.

They have now ordered an autopsy to confirm the cause of death,but it is pretty certain that she committed suicide since she left two suicide notes. One to her parents,and another stating how she wants her estate to be disposed of.

Lucy Gordon had worked as model before making her movie debut in the 2001 movie, “Perfume”. She also starred in a movie called, “The Four Feathers” which the late Heath Ledger also starred in. Lucy was 28 yrs old and would’ve turned 29 on Friday May 22,2009.

Warner Bros. Pictures has released yet another special featurette movie trailer for their upcoming “Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince” film do to hit the theaters July 15,2009. In This trailer we see more exclusive clips of Harry and Albus Dumbledore talking about the impending danger that is about to take hand, and a look back over the years they’ve spent together at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft. Now, they’re greatest journey begins.

Hey, now I know why Britney Spears put out two albums in back to back years (2007 and 2008). It’s because according to recent reports, she spent about $13.5 million of her $15.5 million dollar earnings she made in 2008. Apparently she spent about $1.23 million a month mostly on security and staff. She spent about $600,000 on security,and $240,000 on her kids. Also a really large chunk of her cash was spent on legal fees and paying off her ex-husband Kevin Federline to cover his family court costs for battling over the custody of the kids after having a bitter divorce.

Next is her living expenses which calculate to be over $500,000 for the year do to home repairs,mortgage on a Los Angeles home,rent on a Malibu home,cable and satellite bills,and pet care.
