While pop diva, Britney Spears is enjoying the success of her latest album “Circus”,and touring around the world to promote it. She’s also currently being sued by one of her former bodyguards for at least $25,000, my sources claim. I’m pretty sure this amount is just pocket change to the blonde,female millionaire,but it is still happening none the less.

He’s suing her stating that her negligence caused him personal injuries while on the job. His name is Kerry M. Vine ,and currently lives in Chatsworth, California. He filed the lawsuit last Tuesday (5-19-09). He did not give any information on the injuries that he allegedly incurred while working for Britney, but they apparently happened back in March 2008 when she was having major issues and acting out.

A couple of months ago, back in February there were talks that the “New 90210″ star AnnaLynne McCord might be getting a part in “New Moon”. She was currently in negotiations at the time, trying to work out an appropriate schedule. Unfortunately according to my sources, she was never able to work that out,and had to drop out do to the scheduling conflicts.

The controversial Michael Moore is at it again. He will be releasing yet another one of his which I personally find entertaining documentaries about major current world events. This time, it will be on the current economic crisis going on in the world. It will examine what the root causes of the economic meltdown are, as well as the inside corporate and political crap that has lead to the economic breakdown.

Michael Moore said in a statement, “”The wealthy, at some point, decided they didn’t have enough wealth”. “So they systematically set out to fleece the American people.” Moore’s last documentary was entitled “Sicko”, and it explored the United States health care system. Apparently now Miley Cyrus is getting in on the “Footloose” mix. Although she hasn’t tried out for the part mostly because she doesn’t need to since proving her musical abilities with Hannah Montanna fame. My sources say that the the studio has expressed interest in Miley to play the part of the leading lady Ariel Moore,and that she is definitely in the mix.

Previous stars that have been vying for the role are NBC Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere,Amanda Bynes from “What I Like About You”, and dancing with the stars dancing pro, Julianne Hough. Robert Pattinson, the star of the current three “Twilight Saga” films that are currently shooting or have been shot in the case of “Twilight”, has now confirmed that the fourth installment entitled “Breaking Dawn” will indeed happen.He stated that he has already agreed to star in it,but he doesn’t know when production will begin do to the busy schedules of the other actors who would also be in it.

The plot of “Breaking Dawn” is going to center around Bella and Edward’s marriage and her being pregnant. Robert also stated that the third installment of the “Twilight Saga” series entitled, “Eclipse” is going to be finished filming by October (2009) Read the rest of this entry »

Chase Crawford better known as Nate Archibald on CW’s hit show “Gossip Girl” has officially landed the lead role of Ren McCormack in the new “Footloose” remake movie. A role that was originally filled by “High School Musical” star Zac Efron. But do to some personal career issues, Zac decided to pull out of the role, midflight. So,now it is Chase Crawford filling his shoes. The movie will be directed and produced by Kenny Ortega who also worked on the “High School Musical” films.

I’m not really sure how good Chase Crawford will be in this role since his “Gossip Girl” character doesn’t really call for any dancing or singing abilities. Read the rest of this entry »

I had heard about this story for quite some time after the success of the new “Beverly Hills 90210″ show. It’s totally official now,though. The CW has released the new promo (below) for it,and now has it up as a new show coming this fall (2009) on their cwtv.com website.

The show’s plot patterned after the original 1990′s series,is about an elegant apartment building on Melrose in Los Angeles. A group of 20 somethings have formed a pretty good relationship. Read the rest of this entry »
