MTV caught up to “New Moon” and “Twilight” star Taylor Lautner who plays the new buff Jacob Black in the “New Moon” installment, at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. He talks about being able to improv some of the action scenes his role called for.

MTV asked him what his favorite scene of “New Moon” is so far. He said they were always doing a lot of improv on the set,and he was always finding cool ways to put in more action for Jacob’s role. He said he got to ride some dirt bikes which was cool. He also talks about how he would improv in a certain forest scene. Before the wolf transformation,he stated that Jacob would be clumsy,but became very agile after the transformation ; he was able to improv and really show that. He would suggest and convince them that he should jump on this, and jump through that to show Jacob’s agility.

Wow,Taylor is really mature for his age at only 17 .
