Well, it has been a “Twilight” Saga day and the night was no different at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards as the cast of “Twilight” won five of the six categories it was nominated for which included: Kristen Stewart for “Best Female Performance”, Robert Pattinson for “Best Break Through Performance Male”, Robert Pattinson & Cam Gigandet for “Best Fight”,Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson for “Best Kiss”,and last but not least, “Twilight” won “Best Movie”. They totally ruled the night.

Also other award winners were : Zac Efron for “Best Male Performance” in “Highschool Musical 3 : Senior Year”,Ashley Tisdale for “Best Breakthrough Performance Female” in”Highschool Musical 3 : Senior Year” ,Jim Carrey for “Best Comedic Performance” in “Yes Man”, Heath Ledger for “Best Villain”in “The Dark Knight”, Amy Poehler for “Best WTF Moment” in “Baby Mama”, Peeing In the Sink , and Miley Cyrus for “Best Song From a Movie” with “The Climb”in Hannah Montana : The Movie.

Congratulations to all the winners and especially those “Twilight” folks. Hey, Twilighters you got what you wanted. The only category that “Twilight” didn’t win in which it was nominated for, was “Best Song in a Movie” which of course went to Miley Cyrus. It’s understandable.
