Tvgrapevine.com recently got a chance to give Robyn Kass of Kassting Inc. which is the casting company and director of Big Brother 11,a 15 minute interview.She talked about how the promo dept has nothing to do with what really goes on behind the scenes, so the promo commercials are just a lot of hype.

She also states that this year’s contestants that she interviewed were great,and are some of the best characters she’s seen. She says the contestants that come in, really know the game,and come in with a game plan already set. They spoke about how what they saw from Dan Gheesling (Big Brother 10 Winner) last year was what they expected to see. The way he interviewed was exactly the way he was in the house,and that he’s very intelligent.

They talked in depth about the casting process,and how they go about picking the contestants for show. They asked her about the cancellation of “House Calls”,and she said she was pretty sad about that. They also ask her if she’s toured the new “Big Brother” 11 house yet,and indeed she has,but it’s not completely finished yet.
