‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Oust Paris & Tony

“So You Think You Can Dance” cut it’s first two from the top 20 Thursday night (6-11-09). The unfortunate victims were Paris Torres and Tony Bellissimo.
The group had apparently started the show off with a dance routine choreographed by Shane Sparks who’s been MIA since leaving for MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew”. Mary Murphy was unusually loud last night, and would scream directly into Nigel’s face a couple of times which was pretty funny. Sean Kingston performed his new single ” Fire Burning The Dance Floor” which I wasn’t to crazy about. I’ve never really been a fan of Sean Kingston, though.
The bottom three on the girls side ended up being along with Paris Torres : 25 yr old Asuka Kondoh, and 23 year old Karla Garcia.
On The boys side along with Tony Bellissimo were : 21 yr old Jonathan Platero, and 26 yr old Vitolio Jeune.
Nigel stated to Paris that she got cut do to the fact that there are several other contemporary dancers in the Top 20,and since she didn’t bring it all to the stage, she is going home.
Then the judges were unanimous in sending Tony home. There are reports saying that he was unable to bring a style meant for two dancers into a solo performance. In his final statement he said, ”I am dance and dance is me”.
