According to an interview with E! online, Emily Procter who plays Calleigh Duquesne on “CSI : Miami” wants to maybe be pregnant both onscreen and offscreen this year. They say that she’s already spoken to the writers about the possibility,and opened up to reporters about it. She made a statement saying, “I am hoping this is my year to have children. I understand that I am possibly more European in my views of marriage. I am not going to say I’m not going to get married, but it’s not my priority. I think the Eric, Adam Rodriguez and Calleigh story will work nicely if this is my year to get pregnant, and hopefully it will be.”

Emily also gave some other information about the upcoming 8th season of “CSI : Miami”. She said that they will not be filming in Miami do to budget costs. She also said she’s hoping to do more action scenes this season. She stated, ” I have been asking to jump out of a tall building for years, so maybe it will happen this year.”
