Fox’s 24 has recently cast former Desperate Housewives actor T.J. Ramini to play Tarin Karoush who is an associate of the Middle Eastern leader played by a Anil Kapoor who is a new regular cast member of the show.

T.J. also played Yaniv on ABC’s Desperate Housewives. He was an Israeli boot camp instructor who got Gabby into shape in the last season. He also played DC Zain Nadir in “The Bill” which is a U.K. cop drama.Fox’s “24″ will be entering into it’s upcoming 8th season on January 17,2010.

The people over at welovebigbrother.com who by the way were picked as one of the few media outlets for Big Brother 11 media day that took place on June 19,2009, put up some clips on their website of Big Brother media day. This is an event where select people from the media get to go in and test out the house for about 12 to 15 hours,and go through various events that the actual Big Brother contestants will be going through. Katie Neal who is a welovebigbrother.com correspondent got picked as one of the press people to test out the house for 12 hours on Big Brother 11 media day which occurred on June 19,2009. She shares her unique experience in a video she posted on her site. She said that they first had to give the security guard their license. Then they were handed a badge,and had to sit in a room together. They weren’t aloud to speak to each other during that time.

She told how they were given a set rules they had to follow,and then they were able to enter the house. Then she went on to explain various things that she noticed in the house. She also said a certain bedroom was locked as part of a twist for Big Brother 11. Read the rest of this entry »

The 2009 BET Awards took place tonight June 28,2009,and as reported a couple of days ago, they changed everything around to honor Michael Jackson due to his death on Thursday June 25, 2009.

The audience was treated to a stunning performance by the hit 80′s boy group “New Edition”. They performed a medley of Jackson 5 hits, MTV reports. Bobby Brown reunited with the group to perform classic songs like “ABC” and “The Love You Save”. Read the rest of this entry »

The beautiful Jana Kramer who just came off playing Portia Ranson on CW’s “90210″ show has just been hired to join one of their other shows “One Tree Hill”. She will play a model and actress named Alexis who will be the new face of Brooke’s clothing line. She is also an adrenaline junkie and a diva who loves parties and is used to always getting her way.

Along with having played a recurring role in CW’s “90210″, she also showed up in six episodes of “Friday Night Lights” as Noelle Davenport back in 2007-2008. That appears to be the last of the women roles they will cast, unless something new pops up. We’ll keep you posted.

“Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” has released a 3rd featurette trailer for the movie. It shows more scenes with Harry and Albus Dumbledore. David Yates, the director explains how Harry goes on a mission for Dumbledore. Then they show more scenes from the movie. Daniel Radcliffe explains some of the plot to the film, about him searching for a memory. ” He needs to find a clue of how to destroy Voldemort.”

David Heyman the producer comments on the romance aspect of the film,and so does Daniel Radcliffe. Emma Watson explains how her character might possibly have feelings for Ron Weasley. She says, “She doesn’t realize what she’s feeling,but it’s probably just insane jealousy.” Read the rest of this entry »

“Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen” starred Shia LaBeouf as Sam Witwicky and the beautiful Megan Fox as Mikaela Banes.It a was totally awesome movie as Sam starts to see strange symbols in his head when he goes off to college as well as maintain a long distance relationship with Mikaela. Meanwhile Optimus Prime has formed an alliance with the military to fight off the evil Decepticons. Things soon go haywire when the Decepticon leader is brought back to life, and seeks out Sam because of what he possess in his mind. Despite the efforts of Optimus Prime to protect Sam, he is put out of commission by the Decepticons.

Then from there, it became a race for Sam throughout the entire film for him to find out the secret meanings of the symbols in his head . They eventually lead him to Egypt where he was able to discover the thing that would bring Optimus Prime back to life and stop the Decepticons from taking over the planet. Emma Watson who plays Hermione Granger in the “Harry Potter” films is reported to be losing her passion for the industry. She is supposed to start college this fall, and is currently filming “Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows” which is going to be released as two separate films. She said she is struggling to balance her filming commitments with promotional work on the “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” film,and will probably stop acting if she doesn’t receive any tempting offers.

In an interview with US magazine Teen Vogue, she stated, “Until something comes along that I feel as strongly about as I did Hermione like, I felt that it was life or death. I don’t want to act again.I don’t think I’ve ever been this tired in my life. I literally wear my pajama bottoms to set. Today June 28,2009, filming has started in London for Harry Potter 7 “Deathly Hollows” Ministry of Magic scene,and a site named londontaxitour.com put photos of them filming, on their website. The photos show the three main stars of the film Daniel Radcliffe,Rupert Grint,and Emma Watson.

They are on location at the Whitehall area of London near Scotland Yard Scotland Place. It’s reported that they are supposed to be filming all day long today . The pictures also feature Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) body doubles. Read the rest of this entry »

Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley and former wife of Michael Jackson back in the mid 90′s, recently posted some interesting information on her Myspace blog, saying that Michael thought he would die in a similar fashion to the way her father died. She wrote, “Years ago Michael and I were having a deep conversation about life in general. I can’t recall the exact subject matter but he may have been questioning me about the circumstances of my Fathers Death. At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, ‘I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.’ I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that.” Read the rest of this entry »
