According to Hollywood Reporter, the first autopsy of Jackson’s body failed to return a conclusive reason as to the cause of death so the Jackson family has ordered a 2nd autopsy. No funeral or public memorial plans have been announced. They said the coroner’s officials said that with no outward signs of trauma to Jackson’s body or evidence of foul play, they would have to wait for the results of a toxicology test and other studies to establish the cause of death which could take up to a reported six weeks.

Peter Facinelli who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in “Twilight” and “New Moon” recently sat down with Reelz Channel,and gave a new interview about “New Moon” and his “Showtime” show, “Nurse Jackie”.

He first talked about his character in “Nurse Jackie”. They also showed clips from the “Nurse Jackie” show and the “New Moon” movie in order to illustrate the differences in the two characters he plays, even though they are both doctors. Next, they showed some behind the scenes footage of “New Moon” filming,and how Bella’s house is built. Back in March of 2009, “Twilight” and “New Moon” stars Nikki Reed who plays Rosalie Hale and Rachelle Lefevre who plays Victoria, interviewed with Access Hollywood to talk about “New Moon:.

They revealed when they were going to start shooting the “New Moon”. Then they revealed the release date of New Moon as well as the filming schedule for “Eclipse”. They jokingly said that they need to film the movies right away because vampires are not supposed to age. Nikki stated that “New Moon” is going to revolve more around Jacob and Bella’s relationship so her and Rachelle won’t make many appearances in “New Moon”,but they’ll all return for the third film. The very successful Summit Entertainment,Stephanie Meyers “Twilight” film was held as a “film of vision” yesterday June 27,2009, at the 36th annual Vision Awards. The event honored entertainment figures : Lawrence Bender, Jim Walton, Matthew Weiner, Ian Sander, Kim Moses, Diane Ladd, Shonda Rimes, Jillian Michaels and Stephen Nemeth.

“Twilight Saga” stars that attended were : Taylor Lautner, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Gil Birmingham, Christian Serratos and Ashley Greene.

Congratulations to the “Twilight” cast for winning yet another award. I can’t wait to see how they do at the Oscars. It’s gonna be crazy.

TVgrapevine.com posted a John and Jay radio show interview with Allison Grodner, the producer of the CBS Big Brother 11 reality show back on June 20,2009 which was a day right after they held the Big Brother media day which entailed having people from the media locked in the house for 15 hours to do a test run. And they went through a full season of “Big Brother” in just 15 short hours.

She said that clips of “Big Brother” Media Day will be posted soon,an that Julie Chen will host the entire season of “Big Brother” 11 even though she is pregnant,and then give birth right after the show. She revealed that the entire cast has been picked,but that the cast themselves are still unsure of their status as they like to surprise them.

“Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe recently gave an interview to Parade Magazine. He revealed that unlike his co-star Emma Watson that plays Hermione Granger who will be attending college. He says that he doesn’t like school very much in the following statement, “I wasn’t very good in school at all.” I was kind of useless.”

He also talked about playing the part of Harry Potter,and how he was similar to the character , saying, “When I started out at the age of 10 or 11, I was essentially saying the lines as I myself would say them,” Daniel said. “When I became aware that that’s what I was doing, at 13 or 14, it didn’t make sense to change, because it would suddenly be a dramatic shift in the character.” Read the rest of this entry »

M. Night Shyamalan’s movie teaser trailer for “The Last Airbender” was released a couple of days ago. It stars : Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Jessica Jade Andres, Aasif Mandvi, Shaun Toub, Cliff Curtis, Keong Sim.

Janet Jackson, a mega star in her own right,and the little sister of Michael Jackson is reportedly grief stricken and devastated over the sudden loss of her older brother. Her manager stated, “She is in pre-production on a film and is flying immediately to California to be with her family.” Since that statement was released, she has been seen in Los Angeles. She performed with him many times as a child,and also shot a music video with him as an adult.

Kanye West also posted a photo of Michael on his blog,and wrote, “Thank you for everything, Mike.”

Legendary Motown artist Smokey Robinson said, “It is always hard to lose a friend. I will miss Michael and all that he brought to the world through his music and his creative genius. I know that his legend will live on and that the world will miss him dearly.” Read the rest of this entry »

According to Zap2it the CW confirmed that “Lost” and former “Dexter” star Mark Pellegrino will be joining the CW’s “Supernatural” cast for it’s upcoming 5th season to play the role of Lucifer as a recurring role. There’s currently no news yet, as to how this will or won’t effect his “Lost” role as Jacob,but since it’s only a recurring role, we’re guessing, not to much.

Mark has played a bad ass on “Lost” and on “Dexter” to some extent. I can just tell that this season of Supernatural is gonna be kickass. I don’t even know why they’re even contemplating a sixth season. Read the rest of this entry »

According to reports thousands of people showed up for their shot to be on “American Idol” at the Dallas Cowboys brand new stadium. The registration began two days ago Thursday June 25,2009. The contestants stood outside in 100 + degree weather while waiting outside of the Dallas Cowboys stadium, to get a chance to tryout.

This is actually just the first round of the audition process. If a contestant makes it through this round, they’ll have to get through a couple more rounds before they’re able to actually perform in front of Paula,Randy,Simon,and Kara. I find this to be a very interesting fact because some of the contestants I’ve seen perform in front of them, I wouldn’t think could make it past an elementary school talent show.
