Access Hollywood reports that Michael Jackson’s July 7, 2002 will was filed today Wednesday July 1,2009 which reportedly would give his entire estate to a family trust,and leave out his former wife Debbie Rowe.

The will,at the time estimated his estate to be worth more than $500 million. The will says Jackson’s estate consisted mostly of non cash,non liquid assets which also included primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights.

The will names his mother Katherine Jackson the beneficiary of the trust and the guardian of Jackson’s children, who are in the will. It also names Diana Ross as a successor guardian to Jackson’s mother if necessary.

It names Michael’s longtime lawyer John Branca and John McClain as a music executive and a family friend, as co-executors of the will. Katherine Jackson has also been granted temporary guardianship of Michael’s three kids,and limited control over his finances.
