Cinemablend reports that their will indeed be a fourth “Resident Evil” movie entitled “Resident Evil :Afterlife”. It’s set to hit theaters on September 17,2010. They also put up a Youtube video (below) of Jovovich confirming the news, to back it up .

In the video she confirms that they’re going to start shooting the movie by the end of 2009. also an insider at Sony confirmed the news as well. The latest “Resident Evil” graced the big screen back on September 21,2007, and I must say it was awesome. I look forward to seeing what else they can do with this film.
