Danny Huston recent star of “X-Men Origins : Wolverine” as William Stryker,has been recently hired by Universal and Imagine studios to play the historical figure King Richard in their new remaking of the “Robin Hood” movie.

Russell Crowe is playing the legendary folk hero Robin Hood. Ridley Scott is directing it. It is written by Ethan Reiff & Cyrus Voris and Brian Helgeland. Brian Grazer who works for Imagine Studios is producing the film along with Ridley Scott and Russell Crowe. “Robin Hood” is set to be released on May 14,2010.

Along with “X-Men Origins : Wolverine”, Danny Huston’s acting resume will also include the upcoming “Clash of the Titans” movie. He will be playing Poseidon in it.
