According to “In Touch Weekly” Jon Gosselin, the “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ star has proposed to his 22 year old girlfriend Hailey Glassman even though he is still technically married to his wife Kate. However, she has filed for a divorce.

A source told “In Touch” that Jon said, “He loves her and she loves him, so why waste time?” They also say that Jon gave Hailey a $180,000 engagement ring designed by Edouard Nahum. The ring features a skull surrounded by four black diamonds.

Their source also stated, “They started dating two months ago and they both just knew the other was the one instantly.” “In Touch” also reports that they stayed in a $2,000 a night hotel room and were seen drinking champagne,eating lobster,and celebrating their engagement. They say they all went out to the V.I.P Room nightclub in St. Tropez after dinner, and Hailey was flashing the ring around while hugging and kissing John.

“In Touch” also says that they have talked with people who knew Hailey in college,and they said that she’s “fame hungry”, and that “she’s with him to use his money.”
