Taylor Lautner Reveals His Muscle Diet Secret

In a Fandango “New Moon” movie set report, Taylor Lautner shared a little bit about his extreme workout regime. He had to take on a Michael Phelps diet to gain that 20 pounds of extra muscle.
Taylor explained, “I’d wake up and my trainer would be like, ‘You need to have six egg whites, bacon, and toast. It became a lot. That was the hardest part, especially putting something in my mouth every two hours. At one point, my trainer was literally like, ‘Put anything in your mouth! Go to McDonald’s. Get the biggest shake possible. I just need get calories in you!’ Because my body fat at that time was only 7 ½ percent.â€
It’s reported that Jacob grows even bigger in “Twilight Saga : Eclipse” so Taylor is currently working to gain yet another 10 pounds of muscle. Pretty soon,he might start looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger. So there you have it, milk shakes and McDonald’s gave him all those muscles,lol!!! Only when you’re 17 yrs old, can that happen.
