Socialitelife.com put up some new photos from the set of Kristen Stewart’s new movie “The Runaways”. The “New Moon” star plays Joan Jett in the film along with her “New Moon” cast mate Dakota Fanning who plays lead singer Cherie Currie in the film.

It’s about a true life story of “The Runaways” all girl band group from the 70’s. They helped pave the way for more popular all girl band groups to emerge on the scene. Kristen will be heading back to Vancouver in August to start shooting the next installment of the popular “Twilight Saga” series entitled “Eclipse”.

Also her “Twilight Saga” co-star Robert Pattinson will be headed that way after he gets done filming his new movie “Remember Me” over in New York which has been hectic due to all his crazy teenage girl fans ad paparazzi hunting him down.

“The Runaways” movie is set to hit the theaters sometime in 2010.
