It’s July 31, 2009 12:07 am central time, and After a long almost 3 and a half hour HOH battle,Russell was finally able to negotiate with Jeff to give up the game to him in return for his safety this week.

I’m not a big fan of these types of deals because they usually almost always go bad. Russell was declared the winner at approximately 9:24pm pacific time. In this long endurance HOH challenge, Kevin was the first to go at 6:30pm,but won $5,000 from one of the special prizes.

Lydia and Ronnie dropped at around 6:37pm. Then Michele started puking. Natalie dropped out at 7:20pm. Then Jordan dropped at 7:26pm. Chima was able to hold on until the 8:09pm mark. At 8:20pm, the only people who were left hanging were Jeff,Michele,and Russell.

But,then at 8:33pm Michele called it quits. At that point,it was just between Jeff and Russell. Then around 8:45pm, Russell peed while hanging from the swing. He’s a nasty MF. Then the pizza arrived at 8:55pm. At 9:10pm, Jeff and Russell came to an agreement that neither one would put the other one up if they got HOH,but they still couldn’t agree to quit. So they continued to hand,and the carousel started to spin faster.

Then finally as we stated in the ‘lead in’ of this article Jeff finally gave in at 9:24pm with the promise of safety. We’ll be watching to see if that holds true. I personally don’t think Jeff should’ve given in based on a promise of safety just based on past events in Big Brother shows.
