In her new music video (below) for the third single “Already Gone” from her 4th studio album entitled “All I Ever Wanted”. The song was co-written and produced by Ryan Tedder.

We reported yesterday that two-time former “American Idol” contestant Alexis Cohen was murdered on Saturday morning July 26,2009 by an apparent hit and run driver.

Her body was then found hours later by someone passing by. Now, E! online is reporting that the New Jersey Police have already found the culprit. They report that it is 23 year old Daniel Bark. He was charged with causing Cohen’s death by reckless driving and leaving the scene of the accident.

He is currently being held in New Jersey’s Ocean County Jail on $35,000 bail. If he is convicted,he could face up to 15 years in prison. Is it me, or does that not sound like enough ? Read the rest of this entry »

In the music video for “Knock You Down” which is her fourth single from her first album entitled “In A Perfect World”. It features superstar rapper Kanye West and R&B soul singer Ne-Yo.

The “Knock You Down” music video was shot in Los Angeles,California,and Chris Robinson directed it. Kanye West plays her love interest in the video for his rap verse,and Ne-Yo plays another one of her love interests during his verses. Read the rest of this entry »

We’ve got some more “Gossip Girl” hook up spoilers from the Ausiello files from over at ew. These are just a small couple of tidbits. Nothing really major,but they do give you a little more info on Gossip Girl’s upcoming third season.

Ausiello informed us that there will be a couple of controversial,early hookups to start off season three,and one of them involves Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley).

Also Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr) is going to be getting her own storyline this year. She’s reportedly going to be starting a new romance with someone she met briefly at the end of last season. Ausiello from ew reports that Amy Acker will be reprising her role as Dr. Claire Saunders on Joss Whedon’s “Dollhouse” for at least three episodes in its second season.

There was some doubt if she would return because she has recently gotten a full time gig on ABC’s new drama “Happy Town.” I don’t really know much about this new “Happy Town” drama ABC has lined up,but I’m gonna go with my gut instinct and say it probably won’t last long,and we’ll see Amy Acker back for even more “Dollhouse” action.

Amy Acker appeared in 11 of the 14 episodes from the first season of “Dollhouse.” I’m not sure why she ran off to ABC,but we want her back full time on “Dollhouse”. Read the rest of this entry »

According to my sources,the pop star singer from Columbia, Shakira fell in love with the “Twilight” movie when an executive at her record label introduced her to the film.

The executive noticed that themes on her upcoming album “She Wolf” were similar to those of the “Twilight” film. Shakira stated, “The president of my label said, ‘Have you checked out Twilight? It’s about wolves and vampires and things.’ And I’m like, ‘Ah, that’s up my alley. I mean, where is it?’ And I watched it and loved it.”

They also report that Shakira would love to do a duet with Robert Pattinson after finding out that he played piano and recorded vocals for two songs on the “Twilight” soundtrack. Read the rest of this entry »

According to reports coming out of the recent Comic-Con event, Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet Burke) and Jeremy Davies (Daniel Faraday) are returning to “Lost” sixth and final season. There will also be several other characters who haven’t been on since the first season who will be making appearances on the show next season.

The executive producer, Damon Lindelof said, “There’s a good chance you’ll be seeing many characters you haven’t seen since the first season again.” They also said that the final season will in some ways resemble the first season.

Reuters reports that Ashton Kutcher said that former “O.C.” actress Mischa Barton is doing great,and is heading to New York to join the rest of the cast of her new CW show “The Beautiful Life.”

Ashton stated, “I can tell you right now Mischa Barton is doing great.” This good news for Mischa Barton comes a little over a week after she was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles California,and was place under an involuntary psychiatric hold.

The production of “The Beautiful Life” was reportedly halted due to set construction issues,and is set to begin shooting on July 31,2009. Read the rest of this entry »

On July 23,2009, the new “Book Of Eli” movie trailer (below) was released to the world,and I must say it looks pretty interesting,and it apparently turns Denzel Washington into an action star.

The movie also stars : Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis (That 70′s Show), Ray Stevenson, Jennifer Beals, Evan Jones.

In this trailer (below), Denzel Washington as Eli, apparently gets into a bit of “run in” with a few men. But he is definitely able to hold his own. It looks pretty awesome. Read the rest of this entry »

In a very sad turn of events, it’s been reported that the former, offbeat American Idol Contestant Alexis Cohen from Allentown,Pennsylvania was hit by a car early Saturday morning July 25,2009 in New Jersey.

She apparently was a victim of a hit and run accident. It’s also reported that she was found lying on a road in Seaside Heights,New Jersey by someone who passed by at about 4:00 am on Saturday morning.

The person called 911,and she was taken to a Community Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at 6:30 am. They performed an autopsy which revealed that she died from injuries to her chest Read the rest of this entry »
