According to reports CW’s hit show “One Tree Hill” has hired a very beautiful female newcomer by the name of India de Beaufort to play a record executive for Peyton Sawyer’s record label which is coming full-fledged on the show.

India will play a character named Miranda Stone. She’s a smart,successful record executive who has been sent to Tree Hill to oversee the day to day operations of the boutique label “Red Bedroom Records.”

India joins a couple of new actors who have been added to the show since May 2009, when it was announced that Hilarie Burton and Chad Michael Murray would be leaving the show. From the looks of it, “One Tree Hill’s” 7th season will definitely have a new look and feel,and I think it will be a nice switch up.

I kind of thought Lucas and Peyton’s characters were getting a bit dull with the pregnancy,and the whole cheesy romance thing. I think this season will be more new and fresh. I’m really looking forward to it,now.

The season premiere of “One Tree Hill” is set to premiere September 14,2009 at 7pm central time on the CW.
