Summit 1st Picked Bryce Dallas Howard To Play Twilight’s Victoria
According to the director of “Twilight”, Catherine Hardwicke, Rachelle Lafevre wasn’t their first choice to play the villainous vampire Victoria in the movie. It was actually Bryce Dallas Howard who they have now cast for the role in “Twilight Saga : Eclipse” to replace Lafevre due to some bogus scheduling conflicts.
Apparently at the time of filming, “Twilight” was to low profile of a film for Bryce Dallas Howard to take on. So they went ahead and cast Rachelle Lafevre to play Victoria instead. Catherine said they would both be great for the part,but indeed Bryce was their first choice.
Hmmm, it makes me wonder if Summit Entertainment wasn’t looking for any opportunity they could to replace Rachelle with Bryce Dallas Howard. Also, obviously the franchise has become high profile enough for Bryce Dallas Howard to accept the role as Victoria.
Oh, well it’s just something that makes you say, hmmm, I guess. What do you guys think ? Something shady going on? Yes? No?

Something shady going on? Yes. It angers me that Scummit would replace Rachelle (who took the “tiny” part because she loved Twilight and who did a wonderful job portraying Victoria and promoting the series), with a diva who thought she was too good for such a small, unimportant role. Now that she thinks Twilight is a good place to be, she wants to be Victoria. It’s too late. I want Rachelle, not Bryce. Bryce should be ashamed and back off. They can give her another role in Eclipse or Breaking Dawn, but Victoria IS Rachelle Lefevre.
I agree….there is something shady going on by Summit….I knew if from the beginning but I didn’t know that Bryce Dallas Howard didn’t want the role because it was too small for her. Excuse me but if it wasn’t for her father, she’d be nowhere….she’s not very pretty and her acting is only OK not great by any stretch of the imagination. I also think Rachelle LeFevre IS Victoria and should definitely have kept the role. I hope Rachelle is able to sue Summit for all they’re worth. They disgust me.
Rachelle should be apart of Twilight. You took the “tiny” part and played it very well. How dare Byrce step in now when the movie is a great hit. The franchise or industry should listen to the FANS. We pay their salaries. WE make the mvoies what they are. Shame on You to replace Rachelle with Bryce who did not want the part to begin with. GIVE US BACK OUR VICTORIA – Rachelle LeFevre.
