According to reports, Miley Cyrus’ Stalker is scheduled to appear in court on Tybee Island where Miley has just finished filming a movie entitled, “The Last Song.” Tybee Island is located on the Georgia coast.

The man who is allegedly stalked Miley is named Mark McLeod who is 53 years old,and he’s supposed to appear in court sometime today August 18.

He’s being held at the Chatham County jail on misdemeanor charges for attempting to stalk,disorderly conduct,and obstruction of a police officer. It’s reported that McLeod came to Tybee Island on two occasions, looking for Miley Cyrus who is just 16 years old ,and tried to breach a security perimeter around the movie set in June 2009.

The police say that McLeod told an officer the he was secretly engaged to marry Miley. That is so weird.

Miley Just finished filming “Last Song” a couple of days ago.
