HBO’s True Blood Introduced New ‘True Blood’ Drink At Comic-Con

The stars of HBO’s new, hit,bloodsucking, TV Show “True Blood”, showed up at the recent Comic-Con 2009 event,and “The Buzz” caught up with them. In the video (below),various stars of the show commented on how exciting it was to be at Comic-Con.

Deborah Ann Woll who plays Jessica Hamby on the show,talked for a little bit. She said it was the most exciting event she’s ever seen. Anna Paquin said Comic-Con presented a great opportunity for the fans to get to meet the people behind the scenes of their favorite shows.

Rutina Wesley who plays Tara Thornton on the show spoke ,and said it was amazing. Alexander Skarsgard who plays Eric Northman on the show said that it’s crazy, how many people show up at Comic-Con.

Alan Ball,the creator of the show said a few words. Nelson Ellis who plays Lafayette Reynolds said, it’s nice to know that his work is appreciated by so many people. Michelle Forbes who plays Maryann Forrester said the enthusiasm for the show just tickles them all.

Sam Trammell who plays Sam Merlotte said, he saw a woman who had some bite marks on her neck. Then Stephen Moyer who plays Bill Compton, says he occasionally gets people that ask him if they can bite him. Then they showed the full cast at the press panel as they answered questions.

One of them talked about a funny fang malfunction,they once had. Then Allan Ball introduced the new “True Blood” drink that is going to be coming out September 10 just in time for the final episode of season 2.

The people there, got to taste the new drink. They said it was a tasty blood orange soda. To conclude,some of the stars talked about the new stuff that’s coming up on the show.
