Universal Pictures has released the movie trailer (below) for its remake of the classic, horror,action movie, “The Wolfman”. It will star : Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt, Hugo Weaving, Art Malik.

In the classic remake of “The Wolfman” Benicio Del Toro plays Lawrence Talbot who is a haunted nobleman. He finds his way back to his family’s home after his brother mysteriously vanishes.

After he is reunited with his estranged father,played by Anthony Hopkins, he sets out to look for his missing brother. He eventually learns that something with brute strength and insatiable bloodlust has been killing people.

Then a Scotland Yard inspector named Detective Aberline (Hugo Waeving) comes to investigate.

In the process of piecing everything together, Aberline hears of an ancient curse that turns the afflicted into werewolves during a full moon. In an effort to protect the woman he loves,and to end the slaughtering of innocent people, Talbot sets out to destroy the werewolf in the woods surrounding the town of Blackmoor.

Unfortunately when he hunts for the beast,he himself gets attacked and afflicted with curse. He then uncovers the primal side of the beast within his ownself that he never imagined existed.

“The Wolfman” hits theaters February 12,2010.
