Recent former “American Idol” judge, Paula Abdul is set to host this year’s “VH1 Divas” show. According to Access Hollywood, she tweeted the following, “Hi guys! im really excited 2 announce ill b hosting this year’s “Vh1 Divas”! The show will be live on Sept 17th @ 9 pm EST.”
Also this year’s “VH1 Divas” will feature a ton of hot stars which include two past “American Idol” champions. Paula continued her tweet,stating,“This year’s VH1 Divas show will honor Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus- I am so excited!!”
This will be Paula’s first project she has signed on for, since leaving “American Idol.” She is also set to appear in another episode of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva” . Her first episode is set to air on September 13,and the second episode is set to air on October 11.
“VH1 Divas” is set to air on September 17,2009 at 8pm central time on VH1.
