The stars of HBO’s new, hit,bloodsucking, TV Show “True Blood”, showed up at the recent Comic-Con 2009 event,and “The Buzz” caught up with them. In the video (below),various stars of the show commented on how exciting it was to be at Comic-Con.

Deborah Ann Woll who plays Jessica Hamby on the show,talked for a little bit. She said it was the most exciting event she’s ever seen. The Big Brother 11 6th eviction show started off with the usual buildup,showing scenes that happened leading up to tonight. They recapped Chima’s crazy last moments in the house.

Then Julie Chen came on,and spoke about how Chima’s actions changed everything this week. They showed when Jordan nominated Natalie and Lydia for eviction. They showed Lydia and Natalie’s Diary room sessions. Natalie said Michele needs to watch out.

It showed Jordan telling Natalie she was just a pawn this week. Lydia started getting down on herself. Kevin said a smarter move, would be to use the POV on Natalie if he won it since, she’s more of a fighter. Read the rest of this entry »

Comingsoon.net recently interviewed some of the cast of Universal Picture’s new action film, “Inglourious Basterds” starring Brad Pitt. The video (below) starts off with a scene from the movie.

Then it cuts to Silas Lesnick from Comingsoon.net interviewing the cast. He talks with B.J. Novak,first. He plays PRC.Smithson Utivich in the film. He talked about how his agent got a call from Quentin Tarantino one day asking him if he wanted to be in “Inglourious Basterds.” He said that was the coolest phone call he’s ever gotten. According to the LA Times, reality TV star and millionaire, Ryan Alexander Jenkins has fled from the cops on foot into Canada. They say that Law enforcement for Washington State have said that they believe he has crossed the border,and is heading north.

The California police wanted to talk to him about the strangulation death of his wife,and Playboy model, Jasmine Fiore. Her body was found in a suitcase tossed in a dumpster in Orange County last weekend.

Poptv.com spotted season 9 “Dancing With The Stars” contestant, Aaron Carter at rehearsals along with his dance partner for the show(video below), Karina Smirnoff.It was their first day of rehearsals. When they talked with Aaron he said he appreciated the publicity for the show.

He seemed very cool,and said hi to the camera man and the reporter. He said he was really excited about “Dancing With The Stars” because it’s a chance for him to get back out there for his fans. He said he’s excited,and that he’s in it, to win it,and to show them what he’s got.

One of the best selling music artists of all time,Whitney Houston, is set to appear on the first show of Oprah Winfrey’s 24th season, according to reports. Oprah says that Whitney’s appearance is “the most anticipated music interview of the decade.”

Whitney Houston,now 46 years old,hasn’t done a major interview since 2002 when she answered questions about her drug use from ABC’s Diane Sawyer. Whitney will be releasing her new album entitled, “I Look to You” on August 31. Read the rest of this entry »

Kristen Stewart,the star of “Twilight” and “New Moon”, recently told Dazed and Confused that she plans to maybe write,and make her ow movies one of these days,after her “Twilight” career is over,but for now she said she loves acting,and will continue to do it as long as she has a passion for it.

In an interview with them, she said, “I know that will just naturally become other things, other than just acting in movies.I don’t know what the f*ck I’m going to do. I write shit or whatever.

According to Access Hollywood, Jay Leno wants to use a segment of his new primetime NBC show, “The Jay Leno Show”, to create stars out of new and upcoming comedians. They say it will include taped pieces from comics like, Liz Feldman, Mikey Day, and Rachael Harris.

Jay said, “I hope people become famous and get offered shows.” He said If he someday hears, “Jay, we’re replacing you with the guy you discovered, that would be great.”

20th Century Fox has released the first official 2009 theatrical movie trailer (below) for James Cameron’s “Avatar” movie today. It stars : Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Peter Mensah, Laz Alonso, Wes Studi, Stephen Lang, Matt Gerald.

The other day we reported that ABC’s “Lost” was looking for someone to play a new character on the show named Lennon. Well, their search is over. They have casts John Hawkes to play him, according to Hollywood Reporter.

The character,Lennon is a spokesperson and translator for the president of a foreign corporation. However, the character will have more influence than meets the eye.
