Popstar sensation and icon, Britney Spears has released her new single entitled, “3″ (listen below) which is going to be featured on her greatest hits album called, “The Singles Collection.” She’s releasing the new album to celebrate her 10 years in the music business.

“3″ was produced by Max Martin. He also produced “Baby One More Time.” The song was originally posted on New York radio station, Z-100′s Web site before it made its way online. Some of the lyrics to the song go, “1, 2, 3/ Not only you and me/ Got 180 degrees/ And I’m caught in between.”

Her new “Singles Collection” album will be available for purchase as a standard set and a packaged box set. The standard set is going to include 17 of her biggest hits, along with “3.”

The ultimate fan box set will contain all 29 of her singles,and will be individually packaged in slip sleeves with their original artwork,B-sides,and remixes. The box set will also include a DVD with all of Britney’s videos from the past and present, and a photo booklet with various photos from over her career.
