The FBI Arrest Erin Andrews ‘Peephole’ Culprit

According to the Associated Press, a man by the name of Michael David Barrett has been arrested for the “Erin Andrews Peephole Video” scandal that scoured the net a few months ago. The video showed ESPN sports newscaster, Erin Andrews getting undressed,and fully nude in her hotel room.
The FBI say, that Michael David Barrett new that the videos would be a hot commodity,so he posted the videos online,and also shopped them around to the highest bidder.
They also state that Barrett had a total of eight videos,and that he posted seven of them online. He also called numerous hotels in Nashville to find out which one Erin Andrews was staying at. He was charged with federal stalking charges,and arrested on Friday at the O’Hare International Airport in New York.
The arrest came as a result of Barrett trying to sale the videos to TMZ,but TMZ turned down the offer and contacted Erin Andrew’s attorney. Erin Andrews recently made a statement about the Barret arrest, saying, “For my part, I will make every effort to strengthen the laws on a state and federal level to better protect victims of criminal stalking.
AP also reported that Erin Andrews will be filing a civil lawsuit against Michael Barrett,and anyone who published the videos.
