Paramount Pictures has released a second movie trailer (below) for their new thriller , “Shutter Island” which stars : Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Patricia Clarkson, and Max von Sydow.

Oscar Award winning director Martin Scorsese directs “Shutter Island” which revolves around two U.S. marshals named Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo) who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the cost of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island’s hospital for the criminally insane. However, from the looks of the trailer, they end up getting stuck there, themselves.

“Shutter Island” hits theaters on February 19,2010.
