Columbia Pictures has released a new 5 minute clip (Below) from their epic action,thriller movie, “2012,” which shows exclusive footage of the whole world sinking under water. It’s pretty intense. The movie stars : John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amanda Peet, Oliver Platt, Thandie Newton, Danny Glover, and Woody Harrelson.
In this exclusive “2012″ movie clip, Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) gathers up his entire family as the whole state of California is seeking underground. He is apparently just in the nick of time too,as the sinkage is just inches away from his car, the whole time.
The scene gets more intense and drama field as they continue to outrun the sinkage so that they can make it to the airport,and get on a private plane. They take off just before the ground sinks below them,and dodge falling buildings and other debris,before finally making it into the clear.
I conclusion of this clip, they look back to see the entire city of California completely under water. Then the rest of the clip reveals that it’s not just California,but the entire world that is being destroyed.
“2012″ hits theaters on November 13,2009.
