Anthony Toth Builds $50,000 Replica Pan Am cabin in his garage,according to snarkfood.com. They report that he spent about $50,000 whopping dollars to recreate a first-class Pan Am cabin inside his garage. He’s a 42 year old employee of United Airlines.

It’s reportedly taken him 20 years to build this replica Pan Am cabin. Wow, I hope he got it insured. It would really suck if it got torn down,somehow. That would be $50,000 and 20 years hard work,right down the drain.

Apparently, Anthony Toth decided to do this because he fell in love with Pan Am at an early age when his family used to fly on the airline,to visit oversea relatives.

He stated in a Wall Street Journal interview, “There was no other aircraft I could walk on board that intrigued me more than the Pan Am cabin.The brand was so powerful… They had this uncompromising standard of service.”

Anthony says he hopes to maybe turn his creation into a museum,someday. Pan Am World Airways went bankrupt in 1991,which was just a few years after a Pan Am flight got blown up by terrorists in Lockerbie,Scotland,and sadly killed all 270 people who were on board.
