Dean & Same become TV shows & more in CW’s “Supernatural” episode 8 of season 5. The episode is aptly entitled, “Changing Channels,” and we’ve got a few spoilers,along with a special 2 minute web clip, sneak peak of the show,after the jump.

In “Changing Channels,” the trickster will be making a return to the show. He will throw Sam and Dean into an alternate universe where they are characters in different television series,which will include: a sexy medical show, a Japanese game show, a forensics show, and a sitcom.

Sam and Dean will eventually come to realize that the only way they will be able to get out, is by playing along and becoming the characters in the shows. However, Castiel will appear,and warn them that this alternate universe is dangerous,and that they will need to get out quickly, or else they will get trapped in it.

“Supernatural” episode 8 of season 5 airs Thursday November 5 at 8pm central time on the CW.
