E! online reported towards the end of last month that former “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” star, Charisma Carpenter will be appearing in the adventure/fantasy CW TV show, “The Legend of the Seeker.” E! posted the picture of her on the left,which is a promo pic from her episode.

She will appear in their season premiere episode on November 7. Charisma Carpenter will be playing Triana who is one of the feisty Mord-Sith warrior women. She’s one of the type of women who regularly beat up on the seeker, Richard Cypher. Read the rest of this entry »

Fox has released another clip for Glee episode 7 entitled “Throwdown.” In this clip (below),Will tells Rachel and Finn that they really need to practice the song,and that it has to be “Letter Perfect.” Then Rachel and Finn start singing a beautiful rendition of American Idol’s Jordan Sparks and Chris Brown’s “No Air” song.

Then it shows the two walking down the hallway,singing the song. The other Glee club members join in, to sing the background vocals. They really knocked it out of the ball park,as they say. It was really good. Read the rest of this entry »

Universal Studios new comedy, “Couples Retreat” hit the theaters this weekend. It looked funny, it quacked funny,and by golly it was funny. Very,very funny. I couldn’t stop laughing during this movie.

Jason Bateman,Vince Vaughn,Faizon Love,and Jon Favreau were all very funny in this movie. The movie also starred : Malin Akerman, Kristin Davis, Kristen Bell, Kali Hawk, and Jean Reno. It really had an all-star cast.

“Couples Retreat” centered around the four couples,when Jason (Jason Bateman) and Cynthia (Kristen Bell) have marriage problems and want to go on an expensive therapeutic vacation to try and heal their relationship. Splash News recently got this snapshot (above) of Tom Cruise performing his own crazy stunts for his new thriller movie entitled, “Wichita” where he plays opposite Cameron Diaz. He performed a dare-devil scene by jumping from one car to another while they were moving pretty fast down the road. They say afterwards, he got a smooch from Katie Holmes who was watching him on the set.

“Wichita” will center around Cameron Diaz’s character, June who is a lonely woman who goes on a blind date with Tom Cruise’s character,Milner. Read the rest of this entry »

Universal Pictures new vampire movie called “Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant” hits theaters in about two weeks,so we’ve decided to a loo at the movie trailer (below) for it. It stars : John C. Reilly, Ken Watanabe, Josh Hutcherson, Chris Massoglia, Ray Stevenson, Patrick Fugit, Orlando Jones, Willem Dafoe, and Salma Hayek.

The movie is apparently based on a popular book series by Darren Shan. It focuses on the fantasy-adventures of a teenager who unknowingly breaks a 200 year old truce between two warring factions of vampires. Read the rest of this entry »

The CW has released a new one and a half minute web clip (below) for “Vampire Diaries” episode 6 of it’s premiere season entitled “Lost Girls”,which is shaping up nicely. They really wasted no time making this show interesting.

In this clip,Elena has her first run-in with Damon,since finding out that he’s a vampire. Damon can tell that she knows,by her nervous jitters,and her trying to slam the door on him very quickly, gave it away as well,lol!! CW “Smallville” episode 4 of season 9 arrives next week. The show is entitled, “Echo,” and we’ve got a few spoilers along with a promo clip for the show after the jump. In “Echo,” Tess will force Oliver to come to a Queen Industries gala, in an effort to put the Board at ease.

However,things will take turn for the worst when the Toyman shows up with a bomb to enact revenge on Oliver. The Toyman will tell Oliver,if he doesn’t confess to killing Lex Luther,he will blow the place up. Jor-El will give Clark the ability to hear other people’s thoughts as part of his training. It’s official according to Reuters, Marge Simpson has made the cover of Playboy Magazine for their November issue. Playboy said the cover celebrates The Simpson’s 20th season on U.S. TV. The magazine said there will be a story inside called, “The Devil in Marge Simpson,” accompanied by another three pages of pictures. I’m getting excited already,lol !

“The Simpsons” TV show made its first debut in the winter of 1989. Since then, the show has won 24 primetime Emmys and has been renewed by Fox earlier this year for two more seasons. Read the rest of this entry »

Columbia Pictures has released a 4th movie trailer for their epic action,adventure film, “2012,” and it brings more intense action. The movie stars : John Cusack, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amanda Peet, Oliver Platt, Thandie Newton, Danny Glover, and Woody Harrelson.
