Dean & Sam hunt down Lucifer & more in CW’s “Supernatural” episode 10 of season 5. We’ve got a few spoilers, along with a promo clip for the show,after the jump. The episode is entitled, “Abandon All Hope.”

In “Abandon All Hope” episode, Sam,Dean,and Castiel will track down the Colt and go to search for Lucifer, so they can send him back to Hell.

There will be a hunters’ reunion when the crew joins forces with Bobby,Ellen (guest star Samantha Ferris),and Jo (guest star Alona Tal) for what could be their last night on Earth.

Dean will spark some old flames with Jo,as they kiss. Things will get intense,as always, when Dean and Sam finally creep up on Lucifer.

“Supernatural” episode 10 of season 5 airs Thursday November 19 at 8pm central time on the CW.
