Tila Tequila to sue over her stolen,leaked sex tape. The recent Ustream superstar, Tila Tequila is all angry and ready to sue over a stolen sextape that has recently leaked onto the net of her performing oral. TMZ reports that the video surfaced days after her Ustream naked,stripping rant,on a site called 4tube.com

They say Tila doesn’t know why the video is just now surfacing,but she says that it was acquired from a laptop that she reported stolen about two years ago. Now, she wants to sue the website for posting the video clip.

TMZ says that Tila’s lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad said that a police report has been filed. He stated, “A police report has been filed for Tila’s stolen laptop computer which contained that specific clip. I am currently in the process of sending a cease and desist letter and a notice of intent to sue if it’s not removed.”
