Tiger Woods got admitted into the hospital as an ‘Overdose’ patient. Sources of TMZ now state that Tiger Woods was admitted to the Health Central Hospital on the day of the crash as an overdose patient. They say his admissions chart lists “OD.” He was also having trouble breathing.

The 5th floor of the hospital was also put on lockdwon when Tiger Woods arrived that day. They admitted Tiger under the alias of William Smith,and his wife Elin was by his side. Elin had given the paramedics two pill bottles at the scene of the accident. The prescriptions were for Ambien and Vicodin.

They say Tiger was in and out of consciousness and snoring at the scene. Their sources said that he clearly appeared to be under the influence of something. The doctors needed to use a breathing tube to assist in his respiration.
