Edward & Jacob rivalry reported to be very intense in Twilight ‘Eclipse.’ Today, David Slade who is the director of the latest installment of the “Twilight Saga” movie series, “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” tweeted more details about the movie on his Twitter account. One of which stated that the rivalry between Edward Cullen and Jacob Black will be very strong and intense.

He wrote, ” As we cut. Edward seems to be a really strong presence, the intensity of the love story & rivalry between Jacob is in the driving seat.”

He also gave some other interesting details about the movie. He wrote, ” Wolf reviews today, looking better & better. The Eclipse story and they way we approached the film calls for a much more realistic approach. Been quite a week, we almost have our composer, all fingers crossed for some great news soon. Jacob & Bella are matching with intensity, & it’s all even with the action sequences. Right now we are in a great state of balance.”

He also revealed something at the end of November. He tweeted, “Working Sunday, battle sequences coming together, first half of film feeling very emotional, still early days.”

“Twilight Saga: Eclipse” hits theaters on June 30,2010. “Twilight Saga: New Moon” is in theaters now.
