Tiger Woods’ mistress Rachel Uchitel threatens to sue ABC’s ‘The View’ lady. According to TMZ, the first alleged mistress in the Tiger Woods’ case, Rachel Uchitel is threatening to sue one of the ladies over at ABC’s “The View” for apparently suggesting that she’s a hooker. They say that Rachel’s lawyer, Gloria Allred is pissed off at Joy Behar because she made a Rachel Uchitel joke on the show yesterday that went like this : “Yeah, you-ka-tell she’s a hooker.”

Now, Gloria is saying that the statement is false,defamatory,and highly offensive. It’s also very hurtful as well. Gloria Allred says that her client, Rachel was not amused at all by the joke because she values her reputation and her reputation has been damaged. They report that Gloria Allred has ordered a retraction of the statement or else.
